Our Returns Policy complements our ‘Terms and Conditions’ and our comprehensive ‘Refund Policy’, accessible via links at the bottom of every page on our website.

While most products are eligible for return, exceptions include special orders, bespoke timber, doors and frames made to order, PVC and composite doors, among others.

For items damaged during courier delivery, we promptly exchange or refund upon notification within 48 hours of delivery. Contact us via email at sales.west@kelvintimber.co.uk with images and a summary of the issue.

Should you wish to return a product for any reason other than damage, you’re responsible for the return shipping. Ensure the goods are unused and in their original packaging, including any supplied instructions or paperwork, within 14 days of notification. A 10% handling charge applies to each item returned in good condition.

We may offer a courier collection service in certain cases, subject to uplift and administrative charges. However, we advise returning goods directly to us to avoid complications.

Please notify us within 48 hours of any missing items, as claims made thereafter cannot be accepted.

Refunds are processed within 14 working days upon receipt and inspection of returned goods, subject to their resale suitability.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, we reserve the right to deduct from the reimbursement if the returned goods show signs of unreasonable handling beyond what’s necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and function. Examples include attempted assembly or alterations that diminish the product’s value.
