For all your doors and ironmongery needs, we have partnered with LPD Group, renowned for their quality and reliability. Below you’ll find a comprehensive delivery matrix tailored to meet your specific needs, ensuring your products arrive safely and on time.
Our delivery network spans across the entire UK and Northern Ireland for Door Delivery, bringing you a wide selection of styles directly from our supplier LPD.
After you have placed your order we will send you a ‘Tracking Reference number’ which will allow you to easily track your order on our website, in My Account Page when you are signed in you will be able to track your order with the tracking reference and your postcode. LPD will process your order and be in touch as soon as order is ready to dispatch to confirm your delivery. An email will be sent direct from us to you with your tracking information. Any updates you require please contact us first.
Please Note: Deliveries are ‘Kerbside Deliveries’ Only
Kerbside delivery means that items will be delivered to the nearest kerbside at the address specified.
Our freight drivers will position their vehicle as close as possible to the delivery address and unload the goods into a spot on the kerbside that is safe and keeps the order secure. This is to ensure the safety of the driver, the customer and the general public. Depending on distance to your property they may allow some allowance to reach to your door, this is an exception and on delivery basis. If you are uncertain about this please get in touch first and we can speak to LPD.
