Our Bespoke Door Range
With our bespoke service, you can customize the following types of doors:
- Internal Doors: Perfect for adding a personal touch to your interiors. Options include various materials such as oak, walnut, and painted finishes.
- External Doors: Enhance your home’s curb appeal with a custom-made external door. Available in solid timber, composite materials, and more.

Size Limits and Specifications
LPD Doors offers the following size limits for bespoke doors:
- Internal Doors: Widths from 600mm to 926mm, heights up to 2040mm.
- External Doors: Widths from 686mm to 926mm, heights up to 2134mm.
- Thickness: Standard thickness is 35mm for internal doors and 44mm for external doors. Custom thickness may be available on request.
Please ensure that your required door sizes fall within these limits when placing a bespoke order.

The Bespoke - Made To Measure Door Process
Begin by filling out our bespoke door contact form below. Provide us with all necessary details, including your preferred style, dimensions, and any specific requirements.
Our team will review your submission and reach out to discuss your project in more detail. We’ll work closely with LPD Doors to create a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) drawing of your bespoke door. Once we send the requirements to LPD this usally takes 1-2 days..
You will receive the CAD drawing to review usually takes 1-3 days depending on requirements. It’s crucial that you carefully check all dimensions, materials, and design elements. Once you’re satisfied, you’ll need to sign off on the design.
After you approve the CAD drawing, full payment will be required to proceed with manufacturing. Please note that bespoke doors are non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
LPD Doors will begin manufacturing your bespoke door. The process typically takes 12 to 21 weeks, depending on the complexity of your order. They will determine the time once we send back the CAD drawing and we can let you know the ETA.
Once your door is ready, we will arrange for delivery. Then you can have a professional Install your door and that’s it! Enjoy!
- Quality Guarantee: All bespoke doors come with LPD Doors’ standard guarantee. Please refer to LPD’s Guarantee Page for full details.
- Non-Refundable Orders: Due to the custom nature of bespoke doors, they are non-refundable once you have approved the CAD drawing and payment has been made. Ensure all details are correct before finalizing your order.
- Liability: We are only liable for mistakes made by ourselves or LPD Doors during the design and manufacturing process. If errors occur due to incorrect information provided by the customer, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.
